偉大なる創造力、想像力を養おう
成功者は、方法こそ色々とありますが、イメージトレーニングを例外なく行っています。人は想像したことを実現する力を持っているのです。スポーツ選手のイメージトレーニングは有名です。かの巨人OBのミスター長嶋もイメージトレーニングをしています。ここぞというチャンスには相当強かったらしいですね。
想像力は、大きく分けて２つに分類できます。。「改良的想像力」と「独創的想像力」なのです。
- 改良的想像力
古くからある概念、アイディア、計画などを新しく再構成したもの。つまり現在あるものを色々と組み合わせるのです。 - 独創的想像力
ヒラメキやインスピレーションによる想像力。まったく新しいアイディアのことを言います。
色々と考えていて、ふーっとアイディアが浮かんでくるのは、改良的想像力によるものが多いのですが、自分の好きなことをしていると、独創的想像力が働きまったく新しいアイディアが生まれたりします。
想像力は、自分のしたいことを明確にしていればより鋭くなります。「どうしようかな？」と自然に考えるからです。嫌なことだと逃げようとしてしまいますからね。
成功者は、このアイディアを浮かぶ時間を故意に作るのです。それが、座禅であったり、瞑想であったりします。「自分と向き合う時間を作る」。それが想像力を引き出すコツなのです。父と子の約束―ワタミの成功を生んだ人間哲学の原点の著者渡邉さんは、月の半分ぐらいは、朝4時頃に起きて仏前に向かい合い自分を見つめるそうです。成功者は、各々の自分を見つめる時間を作っているのです。人によっては風呂に入る時かもしれません。自分の部屋で横になっている時かもしれません。ただ、1人でボーっとしている時かもしれません。方法は、100人100色でしょう。大脳生理学で言えば、色々なアイディアが浮かぶ時は、アルファ波という脳波がでています。アルファ波の出し方を無意識の内に心得ているのでしょう。それを文明の利器を使って誘導し、自分を見直す時間を作る方もいます。
イメージしても行動をしなければ無意味です。
