NLPの目指すもの
NLPは、ビジネス・教育・治療・健康など様々な分野で応用が利きますが、学ぶにあたって目指すものがあります。
正確に言えば、これらは、NLPが目指すものというより、NLPを教えている人が目指すものかもしれませんね＾＾
NLPでは、これらのことを根本において学んでいきます。
- コミニケーションの本質を把握しましょう。
- 個人としての「能力を発揮している状態」を作りましょう。
- 行動の背後にあるパターンを理解しましょう。何をするにも必ず理由があります。
- 柔軟性を増しましょう。自分という観点から抜け出し、客観的に自分を見るイメージトレーニングをします。
- 五感を鋭くし潜在意識レベルを活性化しましょう。リラックスしてイメージすることで無意識にある自分と対話をする方法も身につきます。
- 自分自身および他人との意識および潜在意識レベルでのラポール（信頼関係）を築きましょう。信頼関係はコミニケーションの基本です。 新しい自己を創造しましょう。新たな自分に気づくことでしょう。
- 体と心の調和を保ちましょう。バランスは大切です。
- 前向きの姿勢と観念体系を創造し支えること。NLPには失敗という概念は存在しません。あるのは、繰り返し・方向修正のみ。
正確に言えば、これらは、NLPが目指すものというより、NLPを教えている人が目指すものかもしれませんね＾＾
- 地図は、領土ではありません。地図とは、五感を通して経験した得たものです。それは、価値観・経験というフィルターにもなります。地図を書き換えることで、豊かな人生や世界を作ることができるのです。チャンスは、枠組みの外にあるってよく言いますよね。そのことなのですよｗ
- 相手のフィールドに入りましょう。相手の地図を尊重することが、コミニケーションの基本なのです。類は友を呼ぶということわざもありますね。自分の同じ地図をもつ人が自然と集まるのです。
- 相手の反応が自分のコミニケーションの成果です。こちらの対応しだいで相手の対応も変わってきます。
- 必要な資源（リソース）は、すべての人が持っています。後は、どのように活用するかだけなのです。
- 人は、最善と思う行動をしているのです。選択肢が広がると人生も変わってきます。
- すべての行動は、肯定的に成り立っています。
- 誰かにできることならば、自分にもできます。あとは、そのやり方を知るだけです。まずは、できる人を真似しましょ。まねることをモデリングといいます。
- 失敗というものは存在しません。あるのはフィードバックのみ。うまくいくまで、方法を変えて試しましょう。
- 問題・制限とはチャンスです。何かがあれば、それから学ぶチャンスなのです。
- うなくいかなかったら、別のことを試しましょう。柔軟性が問われることもあります。
- 尊重・慈愛の心を忘れないようにしましょう。できるだけ、相手を批判しないようにしましょう。人は、自分の価値観で悪いと決め付ける傾向があります。批判されたら、相手は身構えるものなのです。
- 心と精神のバランスを考えましょう。本当にしたくないことを無理してする必要はありません。
- 何も選択しないよりも何かを選択したほうが良いです。行動することが何かを生みます。
- 私たちが現実を経験する方法を変化させる能力は、現実の内容そのものを変化させることよりも効果的であることが多いのです。
NLPでは、これらのことを根本において学んでいきます。
